Dr. Elsie Tsui has extensive experience both as a corporate executive and a management consultant. She has worked for the London and Asia office of ?What If! Innovation, now part of Accenture. Specialising in innovation management and innovation capability building through design thinking, she has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and non-profit leaders across Europe and Asia. Before starting her consulting career, Dr. Tsui has worked for Coca-Cola China as the Deputy Head of the Public Affairs and Communications function.

Dr. Tsui is currently the Head of Social Innovation at the Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services at CUHK, and Project Director of the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge. She is also teaching Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the CUHK Business School. She holds an MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK and a Doctor of Business Administration from the Grenoble School of Management, France.
